Biglaw’s “only” openly non-binary partner speaks out

When I came out I was not aware of any other non-binary lawyers in Biglaw. After the article came out, I got some responses from other non-binary lawyers in Biglaw who said, “Hey, yes, we exist.”

To the best of my knowledge, I’m still the only non-binary partner in Biglaw, but there are certainly a handful of us out there who advocate being counted in Biglaw. We are out there.
