So many companies have announced Davis Polk bonus games that we call it: It may be spring, but it’s officially Biglaw Bonus Season.
The newest company to participate in the bonus fun is at the top of the Am Law rankings. It’s Morgan Lewis, an elite company that had gross sales of $ 2,265,000,000 in 2019. The company has apparently hit the incredibly generous Davis Polk scale. This is what the company’s special bonus scale looks like (see the full memo on the next page):
As mentioned above, the company’s bonuses are paid out in June and October. The good news doesn’t stop there: Morgan Lewis is committed to paying year-end bonuses that are “at or above the market”. Congratulations to everyone!
