Rudy Giuliani was not pardoned by Donald Trump and now he might face prison prosecution

– Michael Weinstein, a former U.S. Attorney General for the Southern District of New York who now presides over Cole Schotz’s statewide business litigation and investigation practice, comments on the numerous possible charges Rudy Giuliani could face in the future of his business with former President Donald Trump. Giuliani may investigate charges related to tax or campaign funding violations, fail to register as a foreign lobbyist, or take bribes from foreign officials.
