Trump attorney Sidney Powell said the Democrats had used computer glitches to overturn Donald Trump’s vote on Joe Biden and that she would “fight tooth and nail in federal court to uncover this nasty fraud.”
As President Donald Trump’s legal battle, which is questioning Tuesday’s election results, gains momentum, former federal attorney Sydney Powell, who supports Trump’s legal team, told Fox News that she had seen evidence of massive fraud.
“To produce votes for Joe Biden, they did it in every possible way,” Powell told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. “From dead people voting in large numbers to absolutely fraudulent ballot papers that only vote for Biden.”
“We identified at least 450,000 ballots in key states that miraculously have only one brand for Joe Biden and no other candidate,” she continued, before claiming that software and hardware used to count votes were used by Dominion Voting Systems “Flip” votes from Trump to Biden.
Dominion’s gear has been used in 28 states including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona, where the Trump campaign committed suspected fraud.
Powell claimed computer glitches in Dominion’s software were used to overturn the vote against hopeful Michigan Senate John James and Georgia MP Doug Collins. “There have been a lot of people who have been affected,” she said. “We have to fight tooth and nail in federal courts to uncover this evil fraud and the conspiracy behind it.”
Recounts and audits are “frankly required in most of the country”.
Biden took the win on Saturday after the Associated Press named Pennsylvania and the presidency in his favor. Trump has declared Biden’s win to be fraudulent, despite mainstream media and Democratic officials saying there is no evidence of a bad game.
Trump’s legal team is determined to prove them wrong, however, and the president’s attorney Rudy Giuliani told Bartiromo on Sunday that the first lawsuit – involving widespread fraud in Pennsylvania – will be filed on Monday. Up to five legal cases could be filed by the end of the week, Giuliani added, telling Bartiromo that he has gathered enough evidence to undo Biden’s razor-thin victories in Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Biden does not appear to be affected by the looming legal challenges and has pushed ahead with his inauguration. The former vice president opened a Twitter account for the “Biden-Harris Presidential Transition Team” on Sunday and promised to “rise stronger than before”.
